Executive Management

Mrs. Joni Green, PMP is the founder and owner of Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC).  5SRC provides technical services, operational, program and business management support to government and commercial/ industrial customers.

Mrs. Green is a certified Program Management Profession (PMP) with more than 17 years of leadership and management experience.  She started her management career as an entrepreneur in her home town of Birmingham, Alabama where she designed, developed, and took to market nationally retail products for her own company. Upon moving to the Huntsville area in 1998, she embarked on expanding her management and leadership skills in the defense industry.  Her academic training and extensive experience in multi-functional program management, marketing, acquisition and business management support has successfully contributed to DoD systems acquisition and research & development organizations.

Ms. Green is an accomplished professional with demonstrated experience directing corporate strategies.   She has a BS in Business and Marketing. She holds membership in the Greater Huntsville Rotary Club, AAAA, AUSA, SOLE, WID, and PMI. Ms. Green is married with five children.

Steve Willhelm joined Five Stones Research Corporation in May of 2010 after 22 years of military service.  He currently serves as the company President and represents 5SRC to industry partners and major customers.  
 

His military positions include leadership at the platoon and company level and positions as an instructor and operations officer.  His Acquisition assignments include Assistant Product Manager (APM) at Terminal High Altitude Area Defense in the THAAD Fire Control/Communication and Radar Product Offices.  Range Control Officer (RCO) at Reagan Test Site (RTS) supporting Ground Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Flight tests IFT 13B, IFT 13C, IFT 14, and FT-1.  Director and Deputy Director for the Test Execution Directorate, GMD Joint Program Office and most recently, the Product Manager for the ACAT 1-D Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Defense Elevated Netted Sensor System (JLENS).

Steve is married to the former Leigh Reynolds of Jacksonville, AL.  They have two children, Gabrielle Alexis, and Bryce Taylor.

Mr. Tony Green, CPA has over 23 years of leadership and management experience.  Tony has lead troops into combat and lead teams through successful Financial Statement and Incurred Cost Audits. 

Mr. Green has spent the last 18 years as an Auditor, Pricing Analyst, Controller and Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Green is Currently serving as the CFO and COO of Five Stones Research Corporation as well as serving customers analyzing financial records, recommending and developing indirect cost pool structure, building budgets in order to forecast operations and strategic planning initiatives, accounting system architecture, training in the use of the accounting system and monthly financial reports to the managers and owners.  Mr. Green also prepares cost proposals to support his customers responses to RFP’s. 

Mr. Green sits on the Board of Advisors for The Chief Information Group, Inc. located in Falls Church, VA.  Mr. Green is active in Rotary and is married with five children.
